Can acupuncture help with back pain?

Hi, I suffer with severe back pain for the last three years would acupuncture be of any benefit to me?

    Hi Deeantall,

    If there is no major injury to the structures in the back, acupuncture is a very effective treatment for backache. There may be many contributing factors eg excessive work, poor posture, anxiety, incorrect exercising etc. As the condition is present for some years it may take several treatments to get relief. See a registered acupuncturist.
